Reservations and changes

No, there are no additional costs for you. The calculated price consists of: Parking lot fee incl. free transfer for parking customers up to 4 persons or valet service to Frankfurt am Main Airport and 19% VAT.

Costs may be incurred for unregistered bulky luggage (€10) or oversized vehicles (double parking price).

Please note that we are open until 00:00. Collection after 00:15 costs €15 for each hour or part thereof.

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your day of arrival (00:00). In the event of cancellation later than 48 hours before the day of arrival, Auto-Aufsicht is entitled to charge the full invoice amount.

You can rebook at any time free of charge. Please send us your change requests by e-mail to [email protected].

Please send an e-mail with the new data to [email protected]. This must be done at least 48 hours before the booked return date. If you do not return at the booked time, a new booking will be started and charged from the following day. A (timely) parking extension costs € 5 per day.

Yes. Please inform us in good time by e-mail. Let us know when and at what time you land at Frankfurt Airport and your new return flight number.

An extension costs a flat rate of € 10 per day.

Please note: In the event of late notification (after your return date), the extension will be considered and charged as a new booking.

You have the option of paying by PayPal, bank transfer or cash on arrival.

If you pay in cash, you can simply pay your parking fees to our staff at the parking lot on the day of your arrival.

Arrival & Departure

Please call us when you have landed at Frankfurt Airport and have reached the baggage claim area before you have your baggage. One of our employees will then make their way to you.

Meeting point Terminal 1 = Area C, door number 7(C7) on the departures level. The departures level is one floor above the arrivals level.

Meeting point Terminal 2 = Area E, door number 8(E8)

The journey time from our parking lot to Frankfurt am Main Airport is approx. 8 minutes to Terminal 1 and 10 minutes to Terminal 2 of Frankfurt Airport.

Check your travel documents carefully. These tell you when you have to be at the airport.

However, we recommend that you arrive at our parking lot at least 2.5 hours before departure from Frankfurt am Main Airport. For long-haul flights (e.g. USA, Asia) we recommend arriving at the parking lot 3.5 hours before departure.

During the summer vacation: Due to the high volume of passengers, we recommend that you arrive at the parking lot 3 hours before departure!

The free shuttle transfer for parking customers runs from 05:00 in the morning until 00:00*. The shuttle runs individually according to schedule.

*In Frankfurt am Main, the night flight ban applies from 23:00 to 05:00. However, if you land after 23:00 and are not picked up until after 00:15, a night flat rate of €15 will be charged for each hour or part thereof.

If you have bulky baggage, please indicate this when booking. If you have an unusually large amount of luggage, please indicate this when making your reservation.

Frankfurt am Main Airport has Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.

Meeting point at Terminal 1: Area C door number 7 on the departures level. (C7) Please note that you will have to go up one floor for this.

Meeting point at Terminal 2: Area E door number 8 on the arrivals level. (E8)

Valet parking means maximum service and maximum convenience. You drive your vehicle directly to Frankfurt Airport and park there. Your vehicle will be picked up by one of our employees and taken to our secure parking lot. Our employee will recognize you by your vehicle type and license plate number. On your return journey, your vehicle will be brought back to the airport just-in-time. The vehicle is picked up and returned directly at your terminal.

Parking and security

In the case of vehicle transfer (valet service), damage to your vehicle is fully covered by our statutory public liability insurance (so-called comprehensive cover). Motor vehicle damage to third-party vehicles is covered by your own motor vehicle liability insurance in the event of an accident with a third party. This is provided for by law, as double insurance is not possible. Claims for damages due to downgrading by the insurance company are excluded.
