Parking and security

No, there are generally no additional costs for you. The calculated price consists of: parking fee incl. free transfer for parking customers up to 4 people (one round trip each) or valet service to Frankfurt am Main Airport (one transfer to the parking lot and one to Frankfurt Airport), as well as 19% VAT.

Please note that the booked times are binding, as our planning and staff scheduling are based on this time information. In the event of a delay of more than 40 minutes upon arrival, we ask for your understanding that an amount of €25 will be charged for the delay.

Costs may be incurred for undeclared bulky luggage (€10), oversized vehicles over 5 meters in length (double the parking price), or for additional people (€10 from the 5th person for each additional person).

Please note that we are open until 12:00 AM. For a pick-up with the shuttle or a vehicle delivery (valet) after 00:00 at Frankfurt Airport, we charge a night surcharge of €20 for each hour started.

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival day (12:00 AM each day). For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the arrival day, Auto-Aufsicht is entitled to demand the full invoice amount.

In the event of a no-show without prior notification, we ask for your understanding that a compensation fee of €35 for shuttle bookings and €45 for valet bookings (no-show fee) must be charged on the following day. The price already includes the costs for one day’s extension.

Yes. Please inform us in good time by email. Let us know when and at what time you will land at Frankfurt Airport, as well as your new return flight number.

An extension costs a flat rate of €10 per day.

Please note: In case of late notification (after your return date), a compensation fee will be charged.

You have the option to pay via PayPal, bank transfer, cash upon arrival, or online with EC or credit card.

For cash payments, you can pay your parking fees directly to our staff on the day of arrival.

Please call our driver at 0049 / 152 21 61 47 39 once you have landed at Frankfurt Airport and reached baggage claim, but please do so before you have collected your luggage. A member of our staff will then make their way to you.

Meeting point Terminal 1 = Area A, Door Number 2 (A2) on the Departures level. The Departures level is one floor above the Arrivals level.

Meeting point Terminal 2 = Area E, Door Number 8 (E8). Terminal 2 only has one level.

The journey time from our parking lot to Frankfurt am Main Airport is approx. 8 minutes to Terminal 1 and 10 minutes to Terminal 2 of Frankfurt Airport.

Check your travel documents carefully. These state when you need to be at Frankfurt Airport.

However, we recommend that you arrive at our parking lot at least 2.5 hours before departure from Frankfurt am Main Airport. For  long-haul flights (e.g. USA, Asia), we recommend arriving 3.5 hours before departure at the parking lot.

During the summer holidays: Due to the high volume of passengers, we recommend arriving at the parking lot 3 hours before departure.

The free shuttle transfer for parking customers runs from 05:00 in the morning until 00:00*. The shuttle operates individually according to the reserved appointment. The specified arrival times are binding.

*In Frankfurt am Main, the night flight ban applies from 23:00 to 05:00. Should you nevertheless land after 11:00 PM and be picked up after 12:00 AM, a night surcharge of €20 will be charged for each hour started.

If you have bulky baggage, please indicate this when booking. If you have an unusually large amount of luggage, please indicate this when making your reservation.

Frankfurt am Main Airport has Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.

Meeting point at Terminal 1: Area A, Door Number 2 on the Departures level. (A2) Please note that upon your return, you will need to go up one floor for this.

Meeting point at Terminal 2: Area E, Door Number 8 (E8). Terminal 2 only has one level.

Valet parking means maximum service and maximum convenience. With this service, you drive directly to Frankfurt Airport. Your vehicle will be received by one of our employees and taken to our secured parking lot (depending on your booking: outdoor parking space, hall, or underground parking garage at the airport). Our employee will recognize you by your vehicle type and license plate number. Upon your return, your vehicle will be brought back to the airport. The vehicle is picked up and returned directly at your terminal. Depending on capacity and operational procedures, your vehicle may be temporarily parked in a privately rented, secured, and video-monitored parking space in an underground garage in the immediate vicinity of Frankfurt Airport to ensure punctual delivery upon your return.

In the case of vehicle transfer (valet service), damage to your vehicle is fully covered by our statutory public liability insurance (so-called comprehensive cover). In the event of an accident, damage to third-party vehicles (the other party involved in the accident) is covered by your own motor vehicle liability insurance. This is required by law, as double insurance is not possible. Claims for damages due to downgrading by the insurance company are excluded. Damage on our premises is covered if it is caused by our employees. However, we do not have comprehensive insurance in the sense of covering damage outside of our control (e.g., force majeure, accidental external influence). In such cases, the holder’s respective comprehensive insurance applies.
