Our shuttle connects the parking lot and Frankfurt Airport quickly and directly. You hand over your vehicle to us, we park it for you and take you to the terminal – upon your return, we pick you up again, and your vehicle will be ready for your departure.
With our Protection Plus parking spaces, your vehicle is sheltered from the elements in a hall at our location or in an underground garage in the immediate vicinity of Frankfurt Airport. Both parking areas are monitored by video and offer your vehicle enhanced protection while you are away.
The entire parking area is fully enclosed and monitored by video surveillance 24/7. In addition, guard dogs kept in an animal-friendly manner and modern security systems provide extra protection for your vehicle while you are away.

No, there are no additional costs. The calculated price consists of: parking fee incl. free transfer for parking customers up to 4 people or valet service to Frankfurt am Main Airport as well as 19% VAT.
If the number of people exceeds four, a one-time fee of €10 will be charged for each additional person.
Costs may apply for undeclared bulky luggage (€10) or oversized vehicles (double parking price).
Please note that we are open until 12:00 AM. Please understand that for shuttle pick-ups outside our opening hours, or for vehicle delivery at Frankfurt Airport after 00:00, we have to charge €20 per started hour (night surcharge).
You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival day (12:00 AM each day). For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the arrival day, Auto-Aufsicht is entitled to demand the full invoice amount.
You can rebook free of charge at any time. Please send us your change requests by email to [email protected].
Please send an email with the new dates to [email protected]. This must be done at least 48 hours before the booked return travel date. A timely parking extension costs €10 per day.
In the event of failure to return without prior notification (no-show), please understand that a fee of €35 will be charged for shuttle bookings and €45 for valet bookings the following day. The price already includes the cost of a one-day extension of €10.
Yes. Please inform us by email in advance to avoid unnecessary no-show fees. Let us know when and at what time you land at Frankfurt Airport, as well as your new return flight number.
An extension will be charged at €10 per day.
Please call us once you have landed at Frankfurt Airport and reached baggage claim. A member of our staff will then make their way to you.
